ENG) This can be a delightful and surprising performance if practiced properly beforehand.  You will need carton(box) paper the size of a large slate.  Use black lacklustre paint to paint the slate(no paint with a shining or glow after effect must be used).  Carefully draw the form of a human skeleton on the slate.  Cut it out and make a cardboard human skeleton figure with movable arms and legs (by attached silkstrings (black) that hang at the back of the figure.  Place a blackboard(the type used in schools to write with chalk on),on a easel.  Hang the skeleton figure at the back  of blackboard that’s on the easel.  Tell your audience that you are going to draw a human skeleton on the blackboard for them,and you are going to instruck it to “come  alive”.  Try it a few times,pretend that there must be something wrong with the blackboard then turn the board around.  The skeleton man is black so the audience won’t see it against the board.  Start immediately to outline your already cut out black skeleton man with white chalk.  Take care that it stays very still while you outline his shape.  Once you have completed the outline of the skeleton man instruct it to “come alive” and simultanecusly pull the black silk string at the bottom to ensure the skeleton man’s arms and legs spread outwords. You will received a pleasantly surprise reaction from your audience.  Some background music will also be good to make it more exciting towords the surprising “come alive” action from your skeleton man

(AFR) Hierdie vertoning sal baie verbasing teweegbring indien behoorlik gedaan.  Oefen n weinig voor u hierdie vertoning maak sodat u alles knaphandig kan doen en geen fout maak nie.  Kry n stuk karton so groot as n lei,en verf dit pikswart met dooi verf,dit wil sê daar moet geen vernis of iets wat blink in die verf wees nie.  Teken nou n mensegeraamte op die karton,sny dit uit en maak n kaartman.  U weet natuurlik wat n kaartman is,as jy nie weet nie vra die oumense,hulle kan u sê.  Kry nou n swartbord op n esel soos die kunstenaars gebruik en hang die kaartman daarteen aan die agterkant.  U sê aan die gehoor dat u n mensgeraamte op die bord gaan teken en dit dan lewendig gaan maak.  U probeer n paar keer maar maak of daar iets met die swartbord verkeerd is, en draai hom om.  Die kaartman is swart en die gehoor kan dit nie opmerk op die bord nie.  U begin nou dadelik die kaartman in te vul soos n mens-geraamte met n stuk wit kryt.  Sorg dat niks roer solank u teken nie.  As u klaar is gelas die kaartman om lewendig te word.  Terselfdertyd trek u die lyntjies onderaan wat van swart sy moet wees,en die geraamte slaan die arms en bene uit tot die verbasing van die gehoor.  n Bietjie musiek sal die vertoning baie aanhelp.
